Social media isn't just a checkbox for us - it's how we connect with our community. We're looking for a creative, driven Social Media Marketer to join the Dolan Dental Group team full-time. This is not a freelance gig. This is a career.

 WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Create and manage content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and more
• Shoot, edit, and produce short-form video and reels — start to finish
• Tell the Dolan Dental story through authentic, engaging storytelling
• Build and manage a content calendar that keeps our feed fresh and on-brand
• Track performance metrics and adjust strategy based on what's working
• Capture real moments — staff, patients (with consent), and behind-the-scenes life at our practice

🎯 WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Proven experience managing social media accounts (show us your work!)
• Hands-on videography skills — you can shoot, light, and edit
• A natural storyteller who knows how to turn everyday moments into compelling content
• Deep knowledge of platform trends, formats, and algorithms
• Strong eye for aesthetics, branding, and visual consistency
• Self-starter who can work independently and meet deadlines

Bonus points for: experience in healthcare or dental marketing, Adobe Premiere, CapCut, Canva, or analytics tools.
